    Virtual home tours - I conduct live video walkthroughs via FaceTime or Zoom, showing you every detail of the property and answering questions in real time. I'll walk the neighborhood, check commute routes, and give you the context Zillow photos don't show.

    Neighborhood expertise - Metro Atlanta is massive and diverse. I help you understand not just housing prices, but commute realities, school districts, walkability, development trends, and neighborhood character. What looks like a 20-minute drive on a map might be 45 minutes in rush hour — I'll tell you the truth about what living in each area actually means.
